Mai will guide you through preparing Sardinian Sausage Sauce for the Cavatelli and a luxurious Carbonara Sauce for the Pici. Take home any extra pasta you make to enjoy later at home — please bring a suitable container. This class can be adapted for vegetarians with advance notice.
