The Haunted Hike has returned and ready to pull you into the fog, the frights, and the nightmares you’ll never escape. After three years away, they’re back with the most terrifying transformation yet. Morningside Road is a new musical about family, love and the pursuit of truth. A girl in search of what it means to live a fulfilling life seeks advice from her granny who shares stories of her past growing up in Edinburgh, Scotland. As her granny’s memory begins to be stolen by dementia, the girl struggles to keep their connection and is ultimately left to question what is fiction in her stories.

At 50: Close to Home by Edmonton Winds
The Edmonton Winds proudly open their 2025–2026 season with At 50: Close to Home — a special concert marking two major milestones: the launch of the ensemble’s 50th year and the release of their third studio album. This celebratory performance features music from the new album along with a world premiere commission by Julie Giroux and new works by Pete Meechan. Produced by Bent River Records (MacEwan University’s record label), Close to Home highlights local composers and performers, including pieces by Allan Gilliland, Julie Giroux, Pete Meechan, and Mari Alice Conrad.
