From October 17–26, Feed the Soul YEG is bringing back its much-loved dining event ‘TEN DOLLA DEALS’ Dining Week, a ten-day celebration of culture, community, and cuisine that spotlights Black and racialized-owned businesses across the city. Come hungry!
The idea is simple: ten days, ten dollars, and a ton of flavour. Diners can enjoy appetizers, mains, desserts, or drinks from local favourites and hidden gems—all for just ten bucks. It’s food that’s accessible, exciting, and rooted in Edmonton’s cultural heartbeat.
Feed the Soul YEG isn’t just about putting on food events, it’s about using food as a way to bring people together. TEN DOLLA DEALS takes that idea and runs with it, creating a space where good food, culture, and community all meet at the same table.
What’s Cooking During TEN DOLLA DEAL WEEK?
The lineup this year is a mix of beloved mainstays and up-and-coming gems. Expect to see names like AYCO Cafe, Iland Vybes Cafe, Momma Tong, Cafe Caribbean, and Fu’s Repair Shop offering exclusive $10 creations in Edmonton.
Boa & Hare are inviting everyone to try their TEN DOLLA DEAL: two bao sandos with your choice of filling—Scrambled Eggs & SPAM, Taiwanese Braised Pork, Curry Pork Cutlet, Gochu-Mayo Chashu, or 5-Spice Lotus Root.
