Kick off the weekend on Thursday with A Taste of Thailand Cooking Class. Join Kathryn Joel for an evening of Thai Classics. Learn to cook up a feast of Thai specialties, starting with Thai Fish Cakes, served with a quick pickle and sweet chili dipping sauce. Followed by Pad Thai with Shrimp then a flavourful and aromatic Red Thai Chicken Curry. Kathryn will guide you in making your own Thai curry paste from scratch, empowering you to recreate her delicious recipes in your own kitchen. Throughout the class, you'll discover where to shop and how to use essential Thai ingredients.

Want to learn something new? Take in the film screening for shared water, shared crisis. Our understanding of orcas is dependent on the ability to collect information on them in their natural conditions. Join us for film screening of Shared Waters, Shared Crisis and hear from David Dick from QENTOL, YEN / W̱SÁNEĆ Marine Guardians Program whose work is featured in the film.

Dolly’s is hosting Night of 1,000 Dollies, tickets are on sale here. Night of 1000 Dollies -The night that was destined to happen! Night of 1000 Dollies brings all the country glamour of Dolly Parton to Dolly's Cocktail Bar! With two seatings on June 18 and 19 there are so many ways to catch this drag and burlesque cabaret.
