Surprise Movie Nights: $8.99 Monday Premieres by Cineplex

Cineplex just launched a new theatre-event that combines a Monday-thrill with some great bang for your buck. The Monday Surprise Premiere is a weekly mystery-screening of a film on the big screen, but you won’t know what you’re seeing until the movie starts!

Available at select locations across Canada, including Edmonton, these Monday Surprise Premieres kick off November 10, 2025. The only hint provided is that the title will be a brand-new release, not yet available to the public!

• In-theatre ticket price: $8.99.

• Online booking adds up to $1.50 extra. For example, for non-members the cost comes to $10.49 ($8.99 + $1.50). For members of the theatre’s loyalty programs, the added fees may be lower.

• Two locations are participating in Edmonton area: South Edmonton Common, and West Edmonton Mall
