The Executive Sous Chef will put together a mouth watering 4 course dinner. Each course will feature a selection of three wine pairings. With each course, guests will receive 3 2oz pours of wine from each of three selections. Each of the selections will be accompanied with a brief explanation on their pairing choice to try and win over your vote for best wine pairing!
