A peasant girl. A prince in disguise. A heartbreak that turns into a haunting. Alberta Ballet opens its 60th Anniversary Season with the ballet that basically invented the word "romantic"; betrayal, madness, and a second act full of vengeful spirits in white tutus who do not miss - New staging, same devastating ending. Two nights only — after that, it's back to the afterlife for another year.
