Ernest's Kitchen at NAIT kicks off another evening in its Alumni Series, a monthly paired dinner that runs from September through February.
Each dinner features a 4-course menu crafted by a rotating guest alumni chef alongside NAIT's culinary students, with wines paired to each course.
Reception starts at 6 pm, with dinner served at 6:30 pm. Seating is communal, at tables of 8.
Cost is $100 per person, plus GST and gratuity.
