Los Andes Coffee Roasters in Edgemont runs a small, hands-on workshop on how aroma shapes the way we taste coffee, with a bit of coffee history along the way.
You'll learn to use the coffee flavour wheel and work through six guided aroma exercises, then taste a single-origin coffee (featuring beans from Colombia, Nicaragua and Vietnam) and talk through its flavour profile as a group.
