Atlas Steak + Fish is serving up a three-course summer prix fixe menu for $60 per person at its West Edmonton Mall location, running July 29 through August 30. The prix fixe is available Wednesday through Sunday. The evening opens with black truffle and brie arancini, followed by a choice of Atlas signature Caesar or steakhouse greens. Mains include petit tenderloin filet béarnaise, house-smoked chicken breast, black sesame seared ahi tuna, or a wild mushroom and truffle risotto for a vegetarian option. Dessert rounds things out with a choice of chocolate peanut butter marquis bar or strawberry rhubarb pavlova cheesecake. Reservations are recommended.
