A whole pig, roasted, for a reason. Chef Paul's Bacon Day returns to Hayloft in Cameron Heights with a pig roast, a charcuterie table, tray-passed apps, live music and a silent and live auction, backed by Alberta Pork and Irvings Farm Fresh. The goal is $20,000 for MS Canada, a cause that's personal for Chef Paul, whose partner Patrycia was diagnosed in 2012. Reservations for parties of 1 to 10.
