Campio Brewing is hosting a one-night tribute to the Ritchie Market businesses it shares a block with. Each of the five courses is built around one of its neighbours, and every course comes with a wine pairing chosen with Forzza Spirits.

The night opens with Relish’s fire-roasted sourdough and cultured butter alongside Prosecco. It moves on to beef tartare for Acme and a dry-aged butcher’s cut from Transcend, followed by Campio’s own beer-braised pork belly.

For dessert, Duchess chocolate cake is finished with a Campio beer caramel and paired with Marsala. It’s a relaxed, sit-down way to eat your way around one of Edmonton’s favourite food corners in a single evening. Ages 18+.
