Cook County Saloon's Cowgirl Social Club is back with a steakhouse twist, bringing together boots, bubbles and beef for a night out with friends.
From 6 to 9 pm, guests are served by Cook County's cowboys, with complimentary Prosecco and prizes handed out through the evening.
The $30 Cowgirl Dinner features a petit filet, Caesar salad and tallow fries. At 8:30 pm, free line dancing lessons get everyone out of their seats and onto the floor.
