Learn to make China's Xiao Long Bao from scratch by preparing the wrappers, filling them with savoury pork, and steaming and serving them with a flavourful dipping sauce. You’ll also make Georgia's Khinkali, filled with a blend of pork and beef and served with a zesty black pepper and vinegar sauce. Enjoy your creations during class and bring a container to take any leftovers home.
