Join chef-owner Kathryn Joel for an immersive cooking experience where you'll master the art of Thai grilling. Using both our Gas BBQ and traditional Konro Charcoal Grill, this class combines indoor instruction in the studio kitchen with hands-on outdoor grilling on our summer patio. You'll learn to prepare iconic dishes such as Satay Shrimp with a fragrant peanut sauce, Gai Yang marinated grilled chicken served with sticky rice and a refreshing Green Papaya Salad, and the spicy and flavourful Crying Tiger Beef.
