Edmonton Amplified and Purple City Fest team up for a free showcase of shoegaze, psych rock, and electronic sound at All Saints' Anglican Cathedral.
The lineup features Deerlady, an experimental rock band from Brooklyn fronted by Mali Obomsawin, alongside ASKO and Spirit Hotel, with more support acts to be announced.
It's part of Purple City Music Festival, running September 11–13 across nine stages within a couple of blocks of downtown, with 100+ bands, live wrestling, and free music-industry sessions over the weekend.
Doors open at 6pm, with the show starting at 7pm. All ages, licensed venue.
