Come join us at Spilt Mocktail Bar for a run-down of three classic cocktails, each featuring a different zero proof spirit category (rum, gin and whisky/bourbon).
After receiving a welcome drink, you'll make your own mojito, followed by a gin fizz and a boulevardier. Each drink will have its own special Spilt twist on it, of course. Shake, muddle and zest your way into being a better bartender all around, whether or not you drink alcohol.
