Edmonton's Fall Gallery Walk returns to 124 Street on September 19 and 20, offering a free, self-guided route through the neighbourhood's independent art galleries. Six member galleries take part: MAUD Gallery, Bearclaw Gallery, Lando Gallery, West End Gallery, Peter Robertson Gallery, and Bugera Lamb Gallery, each showing new exhibitions spanning contemporary, traditional, and Indigenous art.
Saturday hours vary by gallery, while all locations are open together on Sunday from noon to 4pm. A tradition since 1981, the walk is a chance to meet local and Canadian artists, browse work ranging from painting and sculpture to beadwork and printmaking, and take in the murals, boutiques, and restaurants along the way.
