Where do you plant a thousand-year-old tree? Where do you plant one thousand of them?
The Secret Longtree Society is a horticultural exercise in long-term thinking. Founded by Dustin Bajer, the Longtrees are a local group working to impact the urban design of our city through propagating, distributing and tending one thousand thousand-year-old trees.
Organized by the Art Gallery of Alberta and curated by Sara McKarney. This exhibition is presented as a part of the Poole Centre of Design, an integrated series of exhibitions and programs that investigate elements of contemporary design.
