Edmonton City Hall is opening its doors for five free, expert-led tours during Edmonton Design Week, covering the building’s art, architecture and stories from 1992 to today.
Each tour takes a different angle:
Oct 13: Architecture tour with Gene Dub
Oct 14: City Hall, the plaza and fountain with Carol Belanger
Oct 15: Public art tour with David Turnbull of the Edmonton Arts Council
Oct 16: After-hours architecture tour with Gene Dub
Oct 18: A personal history tour with former Councillor Michael Phair
Gene Dub designed City Hall, so his two tours come straight from the architect himself. The tours are free, but pre-registration is required.
