This showcase features top comedians who have appeared on Just For Laughs, CBC Radio, SiriusXM, the Winnipeg Comedy Festival, and more. Headlining the show is Jules Balluffi, a rising star in the Edmonton comedy scene. Originally from New York, Jules came to Alberta for graduate school and quickly found her voice in stand-up. She’s been featured at the 2024 Grindstone Comedy Festival and has performed across Canada and in New York. In addition to stand-up, Jules writes and performs with her all-female sketch troupe, Sketchy Broads. With a style often described as “perplexed and slightly frustrated,” Jules wins over audiences with her sharp, quirky observations and offbeat charm.
