Mad Cool Vino Español – Spain Uncorked, is a is a festival celebrating Spanish wine, food, music and culture. It is one of very few events in North America endorsed by Wines of Spain with producers and wine makers from Spain in attendance. It will feature over 150 wines from 35 Spanish wineries. Multiple food stations under the direction of Blair Lebsack, one of Canada’s top chefs, will showcase Spanish inspired dishes prepared by RGE RD, The Butchery by RGE RD, Partake, Filistix and the Italian Centre Shop.
