Set in 1930s Indochina, a French mother struggles to protect her land and heritage against the relentless advance of the sea. Determined and courageous, she fights for her family and their future. This story of resistance and perseverance invites audiences to reflect on courage, resilience, and the importance of pursuing one’s dreams, even in the toughest conditions.
