A one-night-only culinary collaboration between Pitt County BBQ and The Common will unite smoky Carolina tradition with bold, contemporary cuisine in a fire-fueled celebration of craft, community, and flavour.
At the helm of this exclusive pop-up experience are two acclaimed chefs: Peter Zukiwski, 2025 Modern Luxeria Chef of the Year, and Stuart Whyte, Executive Chef of The Common, known for his ingredient-driven dishes and soulful, modern cooking.
Guests will enjoy an unforgettable tasting menu where barbecue meets modern fine dining, featuring seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and a few unexpected twists along the way. Attendees are invited to select their preferred main—pork, lamb, or vegetarian—in the “add-ons” section when booking, with curated drink pairings also available.
The event will take place at The Common on Friday, November 14. Whether a BBQ purist, fine-dining enthusiast, or simply a lover of exceptional food, guests can expect a night that redefines the art of the modern feast.
