The Marc is hosting a one-night dinner feature celebrating bistro-style fried chicken and bubbles on Friday, August 28. Golden, crispy poulet is paired with Champagne and Crémant, both offered at feature pricing by the glass and bottle, for a true French bistro pairing. It's a lively, indulgent evening à la française, with plenty of poulet and cuvée to go around. Reservations are recommended.
