This passion of crafting thoughtful delicacies pulled us into the incredible world of sake gracefully curated by Sakegami. They operate from Calgary and highlight sake from different prefectures, showcasing distinct characteristics these regions bring forward through their brewing, and sourcing processes.
We are delighted to collaborate with them for a long awaited tasting event on our wishlist where we will have five exceptional chocolate and sake pairings, as well as a welcome sparkling sake. We cannot wait to learn more about sake from our friends at Sakegami and talk about chocolate with you all on March 28th!
