Each cheese course will be presented by Isaac from Calgary's Say Cheese Fromagerie, and served alongside accompaniments by Biera. Special barrel-fermented beers will be paired by the team at Blind Enthusiasm Brewing Company, and wines will be paired by 2851 Selections.

You will enjoy a welcome drink, followed by 3 light courses of cheese, wine and beer. The owner of Blind Enthusiasm will also be on hand to introduce their beers and chat.
