In “The Craft of” series, we will be offering classes that incorporate learning about chocolate along with interactive elements that you can enjoy with friends and family!
For the Artisanal Truffle Making experience, we will be elbows deep in our small batch, bean-to-bar chocolate made right here at Delavoye. We will be walking everyone through the art of creating indulgent truffles from the beginning stages of making chocolate ganache to the finishing touches that make our truffles perfect. All of the materials will be provided at our factory, and you get to take home all the delicious truffles created during the class!
