Edmonton’s burlesque and music communities share the stage for one night at The Electric Revue, a celebration of the city’s after-dark history.

House of Hush brings the burlesque, backed live by Bud Frazier and the Silver Wedding Band. The night also includes a conversation on the history of Edmonton’s music and burlesque scenes, and where the two have crossed paths to shape the city’s nightlife and culture.

Vintage and burlesque sellers round out the evening, with drinks available.

Admission is by donation, with proceeds going to the Edmonton Queer History Project, a community-led non-profit documenting more than 50 years of queer life in Edmonton. Most of these stories are undocumented and rarely make it into the city’s official history. This is an 18+ event.
