RGE RD turns to Galicia, the green, Atlantic-battered corner of northwest Spain just above Portugal, for a wine dinner at The Butchery by RGE RD.
French oenologist Jean-François Hébrard, who worked at Château Haut-Brion and Cheval Blanc before moving to Spain, leads the tasting. He is technical director for Bodegas Attis in Rías Baixas and consults for Coto de Gomariz in Ribeiro.
Chef Blair Lebsack and his team are pairing a dinner to the wines. Tickets are $185. Not every dietary restriction can be accommodated, so contact RGE RD before booking.
