Blind Enthusiasm and Gurvinder Bhatia are joining forces with Old Szechuan for a third edition of Three's Company, a pairing dinner at the intersection of wine, beer and creative dishes.

At least a dozen Szechuan Dishes by Old Szechuan Restaurant
Old Szechuan is a long time local favourite among those in the know. Guests will be seated at communal tables and served family style. Dinner will constitute at least a dozen Szechuan style dishes, a broad representation of both casual and banquet preparations, along with a traditional Chinese dessert. Some dishes will be spicy, and may contain meat, nuts and/or gluten. Due to the nature of the family style event, most allergies and restrictions cannot be accommodated.

Each set of dishes will be thoughtfully paired with two offerings; wine curated by international wine judge and Quench Magazine editor-in-chief Gurvinder Bhatia, along with spontaneous and mixed fermentation beers from our award-winning brewery by head brewer and blender, Doug Checknita, and owner Greg Zeschuk.
