Wine and chocolate can be difficult to match, BUT we have loved exploring chocolate paired with some of our favourite red, white, and fortified wines from Sip Liquor Market on 124 Street.
We will explore five pairings during this 90-minute event. Throughout the evening, our passionate chocolate maker - Antoine Lavoie - will guide you through our selected chocolate-wine flight whilst giving insights on both products, including how chocolate is made. Enjoy a welcome pour upon arrival, and snack on cheese and charcuterie alongside pairings.
