Meet Employers From Across Canada at SPARK - Edmonton's Free Youth Job Fair
If your twenties haven't gone to plan, you're not there alone. Maybe the degree didn't lead where you expected, the job you landed isn't one you want to keep, or you're still figuring out what comes next.
SPARK Career & Job Fair is a chance to explore other directions without committing to anything yet. For two days this October, employers, schools and career organizations from across Canada are setting up in Edmonton, and you can talk to them in person about jobs, retraining and programs that could put you on a new, and different, path.
Free Youth Career and Job Fair in Edmonton, October 2026
SPARK is a free career and job fair for youth ages 16 to 30, running October 13 and 14 at the Italian Cultural Centre. It's organized by Inspire Group of Companies, and the goal is to remove barriers and build real pathways into work.
The floor brings together Indigenous-owned businesses, industry leaders, post-secondary and training institutions, and career development services. That mix makes it useful at any stage: a high schooler figuring out what's out there, a student weighing programs, or someone in their twenties ready to apply.
SPARK is open to all youth ages 16 to 30. Attendees under 18 need to come with a parent or legal guardian, which makes it a good outing for families with a teen starting to think about life after high school.
When: Tuesday, October 13 and Wednesday, October 14, 9:30 AM to 4 PM
Where: Italian Cultural Centre, 14230 133 Avenue NW, Edmonton
Cost: Free, with free parking on site
Registration: Reserve a free spot through Eventbrite
Bring a few copies of a resumé if you have one, and a couple of questions for the employers you most want to meet.
