Visit Dolly’s Cocktails Limited Time Horror Hotel Halloween Pop-Up
From October 15 to 31, Dolly’s is checking in guests at Horror Hotel, a Halloween pop-up that turns the whole bar into a haunted hotel. The idea is simple: everything in the room serves the theme. The cocktails are based on horror movies, the snacks are made to look as creepy as possible, classic scary films play on screen, and the soundtrack comes from the genre’s most recognizable scores.
Halloween pop-ups have become a fixture of October nights out, but many of them stop at a few decorations and a themed drink or two. Horror Hotel goes further. The decor, the menu and the entertainment all tie back to the hotel concept, so it feels like you’ve walked into a horror movie set rather than your usual bar with cobwebs on the shelves.Halloween Cocktail Pop-Up in Edmonton, October 2026
Sip on Cocktails Inspired by Horror Movies
The drink menu, created by @mkenzo, is built around favourite horror films. Each cocktail takes its cue from a film, which makes ordering part of the fun for anyone who knows their slashers from their supernatural thrillers.
Eat Horror Themed Snacks by Chef Baked Bri
@chefbakedbri is making the food, a menu of scary snacks to go with the drinks. Expect them to look as unsettling as they taste delicious and leave some room for the themed snack that are a big hit - every year.
Horror Classics on the Walls
Classic horror films play on screen through the night, and the music comes from the genre’s soundtracks. If you’ve ever wanted to sip a cocktail while a familiar score plays in the background, this is the place.
Immersive Decor
Dolly’s goes all in on a theme, so the room is part of the experience. For Horror Hotel, the bar becomes a run-down, haunted old hotel, the kind of place horror movies love to send their characters to spend the night. The decor sets the tone the moment you walk in, and it works with the films on screen and the soundtrack to make the whole space feel like a set.
