Sauce Modern Caribbean Cuisine is turning four, and it’s celebrating with a long-table dinner that travels across the islands one course at a time.

The Tasting Table is a four-course menu built around the flavours, traditions and stories of the Caribbean. Everyone sits together at one shared table, so it feels more like an anniversary party than a regular night out.

It’s also a thank-you to the regulars and community who have supported the St. Albert Trail restaurant since it opened. Dinner is $65 per person.
