Okie Dokie Smokies has spent 60 days dry-aging whole Alberta ribeyes in tallow, and Little Wolf is hosting a one-night BBQ to serve them.
Dinner opens with wedge salad and tartare, followed by the ribeyes smoked whole to medium rare, exclusive house sausages and fixings. Delavoye chocolate desserts close out the meal.
Wine expert Gurvinder Bhatia and Blind Enthusiasm Brewing are handling the pairings. Food is $95 plus tax and tip, with pairings extra. Ages 18+.
