Aspen Coffee Roasters and Waffle Bird are teaming up on a four-course brunch tasting menu, with each dish paired with a different coffee.
A "boozy brunch" option is also available, swapping two of the four pairings for drinks with alcohol.
Brunch runs from 10 am to 2 pm at Aspen's café on 76 Avenue. The regular kitchen will be closed during the event, so the tasting menu is the only food service that day.
