RGE RD is hosting a small, speakeasy-style dinner built around Delamain Cognac, led by the house's cellar master, Charles Braastad.
Braastad is the ninth generation of the family behind Delamain, which has spent more than two centuries making Cognac in Jarnac from Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie aged slowly in old oak casks. He'll pour a selection of Delamain expressions alongside a multi-course meal.
Seating is very limited, and the entrance is only revealed to ticket holders. Tickets are $185. Not every dietary restriction can be accommodated, so contact RGE RD before booking.
