Horizon Drive-In’s late show at the Edmonton Valley Zoo is Die Hard. Bruce Willis plays John McClane, a cop trapped in Nakatomi Plaza at a Christmas party that gets taken over, with Alan Rickman as the villain. Watch it from your own car and you can decide for yourself whether it counts as a holiday movie.
Movie audio comes through your car’s FM radio, so check that yours works or bring a battery-powered radio. There’s also an outdoor viewing zone.
Parking is first-come, first-served and grouped by vehicle type. Plan to arrive 30–45 minutes early. Concessions are on-site, and you can pre-order snacks online to use the express pickup lane.
A portion of every ticket supports the Valley Zoo Development Society and its conservation, education and animal care work.
