RGE RD welcomes Alex Dale, co-founder of South African winery Radford Dale, for a multi-course dinner at The Butchery by RGE RD, pouring the winery's full lineup available in Canada.
Founded in 1998, Radford Dale focuses on mountain sites in Stellenbosch's Helderberg, Elgin and the Swartland, making wines with organic practices and minimal intervention.
The kitchen is building a custom menu drawing from field, forest and ocean, with each course paired to a Radford Dale wine. Tickets are $185. Not every dietary restriction can be accommodated, so contact RGE RD before booking.
