Yuwa's Studio gives its hands-on sushi class a Halloween twist, with salmon temari shaped like pumpkins and rolls in seasonal colours.
Along with the themed pieces, you'll make spicy tuna rolls and salmon and shrimp nigiri, and learn what goes into good sushi rice. Yuwa also demonstrates breaking down a whole salmon into cuts for sushi and sashimi.
