Women's Intro Self Defence Class with Talonpoint Defence

This women’s-only self-defence class is designed especially for beginners, with no experience or physical fitness requirements, and is open to ages 16 and up. Taught by women in a safe and supportive environment, this fun and empowering 1-hour introductory session focuses on practical, proven self-defence skills created specifically for women. You’ll learn how to trust and act on your intuition, practice simple and effective defensive blocks and strikes, and build personal confidence and situational awareness. It’s the perfect opportunity to try it out before committing to the full 6-week Women’s Self-Defence Program.
