In My Own Key is a culmination of songs and stories tracing the coming-of-age of emerging Edmonton artist Jordon Ho. Through a vibrant collection of soulful selections, jazz standards, and Broadway favourites, Jordon and a group of talented young musicians revisit the music that shaped their artistic voice.
The evening reflects on nostalgia, growing pains and the bittersweet imminence of both the end of what's familiar and the beginning of what’s new. Together, these young artists navigate identity, growth, and uncertainty, hoping to find their voice in the very songs that first inspired them.
