The Lendrum Pottery Group began in 1970 when the group gathered in the change room of the Community Hall to work on their laps with cloth covered plywood and rolling pins from home. In 1999, the group held their first large pottery sale in the Community Hall. Since the inaugural sale, the group has held two sales a year. Handcrafted unique pieces for all tastes at reasonable prices.

Join Mai Nguyen in person to explore the flavours of Hue in central Vietnam through its iconic noodle soup, Bun Bo Hue. Learn to make a richly layered, spicy broth combining beef and pork bones, enhanced with lemongrass and shrimp paste, using an Instant Pot. Assemble bowls with rice noodles, Vietnamese pork sausage, and optional pork blood cubes. The class also includes a starter of Banh Bot Loc, delicate tapioca dumplings filled with pork and shrimp, finished with fish sauce and scallion oil.
